Fitness and Body Movement Specialist
I am a passionate and fun-loving person with a serious commitment to living life to its fullest.
Introduced to dancing at the age of 3, I found a deep love of movement, that through the years, expanded to teaching dance and instructing group fitness classes.
My Experience
After 14 years teaching dance and fitness, I became aware of the therapeutic benefits of movement.
Now a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I wanted to bring together my understanding of fitness and dance, with education and therapy.
Wellbeing
My approach to wellbeing illuminates a reciprocal relationship between the movement of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of self. I do weekly live talks on my facebook page, and has regularly fitness classes that fit around work, study or family schedules.

I run classes in gyms, leisure centres and community halls and since COVID-19, has expanded to virtual classes.
