My Experience

I am a passionate and fun-loving person with a serious commitment to living life to its fullest.
Introduced to dancing at the age of 3, I found a deep love of movement, that through the years, expanded to teaching dance and instructing group fitness classes.

Dance Teacher

After 14 years teaching dance and fitness, I became aware of the therapeutic benefits of movement. I have run classes in gyms, leisure centres and community halls and since COVID-19, has expanded to virtual classes.

Therapist

I am qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and bring together my understanding of fitness and dance, with education and therapy to work on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of my clients.

My Approach

My approach to wellbeing illuminates a reciprocal relationship between the movement of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of self.
