Fitness is an aspect of our lives we often neglect, even though we know the amazing benefits to regular practise.
My fitness classes are designed to be fun, vibrant and sociable. They also incorporate basic fundamental techniques necessary for a safe and effective practise.
Weekly fitness classes are a great opportunity to improve your physical and mental wellbeing in an environment that fosters social and emotional engagement.
I offer a range of group fitness classes at gyms and virtually, that support you wherever you are in life.
Classes vary from 30 – 60 minutes in length and provide options for every skill level.
You can choose from a variety of class passes that suit your needs and schedule – whether that is family, study or work.
This flexible approach to supporting individual fitness journeys allows participants to thrive while exploring the limits of their boundaries in our community.
