In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll explore what’s really going on in your body and mind when you’re feeling anxious or stressed. Through a combination of engaging education, reflective activities, and physical movement, you’ll learn how the nervous system responds to pressure — and how to bring it back into balance using evidence-based and embodied techniques.
This workshop features a Veraflow® class — a gentle but powerful movement session that blends dynamic stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness. This class helps calm your system from the inside out, giving you a lived experience of what regulation can feel like in your body.
You’ll walk away with a toolkit of practical strategies to regulate anxiety and stress in everyday situations — from emotional overwhelm to work pressures, social challenges, or family responsibilities.
