I am a passionate and fun-loving person with a serious commitment to living life to its fullest in all areas. As a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I bring together my love of dance and fitness, with education and therapy. After being in the dance and fitness space for over 15 years, I discovered that emotions are processed and expressed through the body by physical movement. Through my faith journey as a practicing Catholic, I delved into Pope St John Paul II’s work, Theology of the Body, and St Ignatius of Loyola’s Spiritual Exercises and his Discernment of Spirits. These discoveries informed my approach to wellbeing. All of my work is based on the connection and interplay between the body, mind, and soul. In addition to seeing psychotherapy clients, I facilitate wellbeing workshops and retreats and passionately support people in their wellness journey.
