The E-book answers the following questions:
- What are emotions and why do we have them?
- What are our core emotions and what do they tell us?
- What do I do with my emotions now?
The Video/Audio component – you choose your preference; they cover the same material – focuses on:
- Going deeper into our core emotions and their corresponding needs.
- Providing examples from my clinical work
- Teaching you to apply this knowledge to your own life
Lastly, the Workbook contains:
- Seven journal prompt questions for you to reflect on as it applies to your life
- Helps you to apply the knowledge to a specific situation in your life
- Guides you in deepening your understanding of your emotions
Tips for the best outcome:
- Set aside 30 – 60 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the Workbook
OR
- Answer each question one by one in smaller chunks of uninterrupted time
The goal for you doing this is so that in the end, you will get a clear understanding of the direction you need to move in and the action you need to take to feel happier and more at peace.
